In summer,

Made of driftwood, with tables set on terraces, spread down till the bar, and even reaching out to the beach. Hidden in nooks, small lounges and large armchairs invite you to savor the passing of time while sipping a cocktail or a refreshing glass of rosé wine just before dinner.

Our menu, presented on a slate puts the spotlight on everything the Mediterranean has to offer. The grill area allows you to taste locally grown meat, freshly caught fish or seafood, seasoned to enhance the original flavors.
A place to share festive moments from spring to autumn, opening as early and closing as late as weather permits.

In the summer, beautiful evenings await you, illuminated by thousands of candles spread accross the wide beach. Celebrate music and attend our Corsican choir concert, Hippie-chic evening, Classical music concert; meet with our producers and taste their food... So many occasions to experience unique moments under the stars of Murtoli, with your feet burried in the sand.

The territory provides the three vital animal needs: food, tranquility and hospitable shelter.

For many reasons, the small sedentary game enjoys these large nutritious lands, the territory being crossed by a river, the Ortolo, offers a long plain in its heart, the farming activity is all around, the environment is consistently and tirelessly maintained. Which game will you spring up on your next passage? Obviously, red partridges - the favorite small game here - but also pheasants, hares and rabbits, or mallard ducks.
