Come join us on a journey within a journey with four-time Michelin-starred chef Mathieu Pacaud – owner of three restaurants in Paris: Hexagone, History, and more recently Divellec – as he enriches a culinary experience throughout the summer. Right behind the piano of the Table de la Ferme, assisted by his loyal team, Mathieu Pacard will compose a craftsman's cuisine, refined and delicate, respectful of the products, all locally planted, grown, and harvested.Authenticity, refinement and hospitality are at the heart of the Murtoli experience.
The owners of the estate, Paul and Valérie Canarelli, enlisted Mathieu Pacaud a four Michelin-starred chef and owner of three restaurants in Paris, Hexagone, History, and Divellec. Pacaud creates regionaly inspired menus which showcase local products such as estate-bred veal, poultry, lobster, estate-grown vegetables, olive oil , honey, myrtle, nepita, and salt.

From June to September, embark on a gastronomic journey with our discovery menus. Be guided through the world of wine by our famous master sommelier and Corsica enthusiast Nicolas Stromboni, voted best cellar man in 2011 and currently heading the largest wine cellar in Corsica.
Introducing some of our mouth-watering modernist signature dishes: Soft-boiled egg seasoned with Persia (native maquis plant) and estate-produced honey, Cap Corse Langoustine in Corsican-style soup/stew, Nepita and myrtle etouffee flavoured score fatted chicken, or Prickly pear stuffed garden strawberries.
